Welcome, seniors! If you are applying to any private colleges, you will likely need to fill out the common application. The common app went live on August first. This is a good time to fill in your demographic information (name, address, etc) before school begins and before you have homework from those challenging senior classes. If you are applying to public colleges, check to see when their applications for 2013-2014 will be available. Apply early. (This doesn't mean you need to apply via Early Action or Early Decision). Some scholarships are limited to early applicants. This is also a good time to make a list of application deadlines and scholarship deadlines. Scholarship deadlines often require that you submit your college application much earlier than the listed application deadline.
